We ship globally to water enthusiasts worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Whether you’re in the US, Europe, or elsewhere, we’ll get your gear to you!

How long does order processing take?
Our Arizona-based team carefully prepares each order in 1-2 business days with our signature protective packaging, especially important for kayaks and paddle boards.
Can I track my order?
Yes! For both shipping methods, you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your adventure gear leaves our warehouse. Standard Shipping offers more detailed tracking through DHL or FedEx.

What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy from the delivery date. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact our customer care team at [email protected] to initiate your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in your order. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
